An empirical analysis of financial leverage and financial performance: Empirical evidence from Indian listed firms

The purpose of this paper is to examine the determinants financial performance, firm liquidity and leverage Indian listed firms. This study uses both static models (pooled, fixed, random effects) Generalized Moment Methods (GMM). Financial (FINLE) defined by ratio total liabilities assets, whereas current quick are used as factors. Further, a set performance such return on profit after tax, capital employed, equity, Tobin-Q independent results indicated that most significant success variables influence companies.
